Repair And Alteration Terms

Please read the following terms for our repair and alteration service

• All items must be dry and reasonably clean.
• Air beam tents must have ALL air beams removed. – NO EXCEPTIONS
• Items must have ground sheets, inner tents and any other removable items removed.
• Please bring in only the items that need repair (Remove everything from the bag that is not needing repair).

• All price estimates given without visual inspection of the item are subject to change at the time of repair. If you need a more accurate estimate please let us know and we can provide one before beginning any work.

• We try our best to complete the work within the time quoted however this timeline is subject to change without notice. If you require your item by a fixed date please let us know at the time your item is booked in.

• Items must be collected within one month of notification of completion or a storage charge may be added to the final repair cost.

If your item for repair fails to meet any of these conditions additional charges may be added to your repair cost or you may have to collect your item and rectify the issue, this will delay the repair to your item.

Please remember to inspect your repaired item before going on holiday.

Pool Cover Repairs

  • Only repairs marked on the item or listed on delivery will be completed.

  • Lead times may vary from that quoted due to having to do the repairs outside in dryer weather.

  • Covers must be thoroughly cleaned before being brought in.

  • Covers must be fully dry.

  • All metal springs, clips and pegs must be removed.

If the pool cover fails to meet any of these requirements there will be a  handling fee and it will need collecting immediately, this will put it back to the end of the queue.
